Return & Refund Policy – Glowrie

At Glowrie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we apply the following return and refund terms.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not have been worn, used, or washed

  • It must be in its original packaging and condition

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

🛑 Used, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@glowrieofficial.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will confirm if the item is eligible and send return instructions

  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item to the address provided in the return email

📦 We do not accept unsolicited returns. Please contact us before returning any item.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A fixed return fee of €10 will be deducted from the final refund to cover handling and logistics.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued minus the €10 return fee

No refund will be issued if:

  • The item is not returned in its original condition

  • The return is outside the 14-day window

  • You returned an item without prior approval


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different item or size, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no extra cost

  • Or issue a full refund (your choice)
