Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glowrie. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Note: Some remote or high-risk regions may not be eligible for delivery due to logistics or customs restrictions.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and fulfilled by our supplier, you will receive a tracking number via email.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs clearance. Average delivery times:

  • Australia / NZ: 7–14 business days

  • UK / EU: 8–15 business days

  • USA / Canada: 10–18 business days

  • Asia / Middle East: 8–16 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders – no minimum purchase required.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after the package is shipped.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Glowrie is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s regulations.
All charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, the reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.


8. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local carrier or postal office.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate the issue.


9. Order Not Received

If after 30 business days (from dispatch) your order still hasn’t arrived and tracking shows no update, we will either:

  • Resend the product free of charge

  • Or offer a full refund

(Unless the delay is caused by incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery.)
