Right of Withdrawal Policy – Glowrie

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days starting from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) received the goods.

2. Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or used

  • The product is not returned in its original packaging and condition

  • The product is sealed for hygiene reasons and has been unsealed after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been worn or used will not be refunded under this policy.

3. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by emailing us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

Example:

I hereby exercise my right of withdrawal for order #12345 placed on glowrieofficial.com.

4. Returning the Product

Once we confirm your request, you must return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Return shipping is at your expense

  • A fixed €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

Unsolicited returns (returns without prior approval) will not be accepted.

5. Refund Conditions

If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • The €10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund

  • If the product is worn or damaged, no refund will be issued
